We supply only the shell, giving our customers more flexibility to build their dream home - to a budget they can afford.
All our kit homes have been engineered and designed to meet Australia’s strict building codes and standards and to withstand our harsh Australian environment. We have 19 manufacturing facilities throughout Australia, and our steel kit homes are made from high tensile, 100% Australian BlueScope Steel.

The Wide Span Homes’ concept effectively saves our customers money by simply supplying the basic steel products required for each home, allowing our customers to outsource the rest without having to pay a builders margin.
Many of our competitors do offer standard inclusions such as windows, doors, gyprock, plumb¬ing (and often a lot more), but they do so by adding a builders margin - thus more money in the suppliers pocket and NOT the customers!
The Wide Span Homes’ system however, gives our customers the flexibility to outsource these products, at market cost. Hence, our customers are left with more money in their pockets, meaning they can spend more money on really building their dream home - to suit their tastes and budget.
