HAS units are a modular building solution that improves logistical movement, minimises construction and commissioning times and cuts energy consumption, all whilst enhancing the living conditions of occupants.
Each individual HAS unit consists of a custom built solid steel frame (roof and floor) made to the external dimensions of a standard high cubic 40 foot container, complete with ISO corner castings. The units are in no way converted sea containers and are made to this size to maximise their logistical capabilities and complexing attributes to form larger structures.
The frames are then insulated in the floor/ceiling and fitted with highly thermal PIR filled sandwich panel walls, double glazed windows and thermal doors. They are finished internally with quality fixtures and fittings to either the customers design or plans from our standard product range.
Individual units can then be constructed into a complex by joining them together to form larger buildings with a simple construction method. A complex can be single or multi storey (up to four storey’s high) and provides customers with a range of floor plan solutions whilst limiting the footprint the units use.
