The Wide Span Homes’ concept effectively saves our customers money by simply supplying the basic steel products required for each home, allowing our customers to outsource the rest without having to pay a builders margin.
Many of our competitors do offer standard inclusions such as windows, doors, gyprock, plumb¬ing (and often a lot more), but they do so by adding a builders margin - thus more money in the suppliers pocket and NOT the customers! The Wide Span Homes’ system however, gives our customers the flexibility to outsource these products, at market cost. Hence, our customers are left with more money in their pockets, meaning they can spend more money on really building their dream home - to suit their tastes and budget. |
