The Werombee Hive Liveable Shed

Stuart and Ally sought an alternative housing solution for their property in Theresa Park. They needed a versatile shed kit design for farmstay accommodation that would later transition into a permanent retirement home.

Working with Roger and Di, the local agents at Wide Span Sheds Hawkesbury, Stuart and Ally were able to bring their vision for a versatile rural living space to life, with a design tailored to suit their property and changing needs.

This Theresa Park home features 86.2m² of internal living space and a 48.7m² alfresco. The layout prioritises the rural view, giving Stuart and Ally a seamless transition from the kitchen to the outdoors.

A full-length 18m lean-to provides shaded space, ensuring the outdoors can be enjoyed regardless of the weather. The COLORBOND® finish features a Manor Red® roof and Monument® walls, with Ironstone® detailing on the roller doors and flashings.

This project delivers a functional space where Stuart and Ally can welcome guests seeking a peaceful retreat away from the city, while providing the flexibility to transition into their future retirement home.
