Shed delivery process

06/11/15

Wide Span Sheds believes in providing an efficient service and when it comes to the delivery of your new steel building, we don’t want to keep you waiting. In most cases, you should receive your shed within 4 – 6 weeks from when your building goes into manufacturing.

Purchasing and Manufacturing

Once you have paid for your kit in full, we will place an order for your shed and it will go into one of our manufacturing facilities (we have 23 located throughout Australia).

Our customer service team will keep you informed about the process of your building through emails and other communication. You can also log-in to your account to see at what stage your building is at.

Delivery

In order for us to deliver your steel building kit to you, we will need the site address, details of any obstructions or directions to ensure safe delivery of your shed. We will also require either yourself or another authorised person to be present when the driver arrives to make delivery.

Sign off on the Delivery Manifest

We require you to sign off on the delivery manifest and we also expect you to ensure all the parts have arrived in the right quantities. Once you are happy, you can sign off. Should there be any discrepancies or damage to your goods, please take photos immediately and send them to us.

This is highly important, under our Supply Guarantee, that you get the information back to us in a timely fashion in order to resolve any issues.

Wide Span Sheds not only offer premium steel structures for residential, rural and industrial use, but we also offer a service that we believe is second to none. We look forward to finding you the perfect shed.
