The price of your steel garage will depend on a range of things; such as the layout you select, the design criteria, whether or not you make changes, optional extras, right through to the design and delivery (if you are located outside of our delivery zones). We do not hide these costs from you, and our sales representatives will make sure you are aware of any additional fees throughout the sales process.
Our sheds are of varying sizes and designs, and each one will have a base price tag. We always promote our sheds with a ‘from’ price, which is the lowest you would expect to pay for that particular shed.
Wide Span Sheds can certainly customise your shed in terms of length, span and height. If the required changes are within the realm of our pre-engineering there will be no costs associated with creating the design.
The design criteria looks at a number of aspects of your shed and the site it is intended for. We need to assess the site location’s wind speed, terrain, topography and shielding. Additionally, if your new steel garage is to be constructed in an area prone to lots of snow, earthquakes or cyclones – your building will need to be engineered accordingly. Again, these factors and the strength of your shed can certainly impact on the ultimate cost of your shed.
Wide Span Sheds offer a range of optional extras from dividing walls, mezzanine floors, roof insulation, ventilation, motorised doors, personal access doors and the list goes on. Obviously, if you choose to upgrade your shed and add one of our optional extras, there will be a charge.
While we offer free delivery to most areas of Australia, if you are located outside our delivery zone, you will incur a delivery charge.
