QLD Gov doubles First Home Buyers Grant to 30K!

28/11/23

Thanks to the QLD Government doubling the First Home Buyers Grant to $30,000, qualifying individuals may be able to leverage the money to cover a decent chunk of the cost of a steel kit home.

Wide Span Homes offers Steel Kit Homes starting from $24,300 to $107,300 (under N3 wind conditions) depending on your chosen designThe total cost of our homes fully erected by a builder generally ranges from $100k to $250k ( for our most popular sized Kits), which is significantly cheaper than the cost of most homes in this current market.

Why kit homes?

Beyond the incredible chance to make a big dent in the cost of a kit home with this funding, there are plenty of other compelling reasons for first home buyers to explore the benefits of purchasing a Kit Home.

Creative freedom for your internal fit out

Unlike the constraints often imposed by project builders, Kit Homes offer a complete blank canvas for the internal fixtures and finishes. While the home’s layout is predetermined based on the style of kit home you choose, you have the flexibility to collaborate with contractors of your choice for the internal fit out, empowering you to bring your dream home to life exactly as you envision it.

The Cabin by Wide Span Homes is the ideal design for a granny flat.
